Delivery Process:

• Outside Dhaka City: Orders are sent via your nearest courier service, and the delivery charge will depend on the weight of the books you ordered. You will need to collect the order from your nearest courier store.

• Within Dhaka City: Orders are delivered to your address within 2-3 days.

• Outside Dhaka City: Orders are placed with the courier within 2 days, and customers can expect to receive their products within 3-7 days (depending on courier service operations). People Choice is not responsible for any courier issues. Please confirm your nearest courier service before placing an order or contact our customer care team for assistance.

Return Process:

• We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Returns are applicable only in special cases, such as:
  • Defective products (e.g., missing or torn pages, incorrect product).
  • If the received product does not match the one ordered.
• Return requests are accepted only if the ordered product is unavailable. In such cases, we will either change the product or refund the amount. Mismatches must be reported within 3 days of delivery; requests after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

• After receiving the returned product, we will process your refund within 2-4 days.
